I went right to my computer and began ordering from the same place I bought all the bridal shower decorations and favors from. I turned on my computer and started ordering supplies online as I did for my wedding accessories. Plenty of ideas and a great variety of party items can be found there. Then I started to search the net for baby shower favors supplies and picking out what decorations I could find there. There was quite a few great suggestions to work with. I found and ordered all everything I needed for our wedding decorations and right after I got them, I started decorating. All tables was set up with baby in mind. In front of every my little guest I putted a cute teddy bear which holded a card with there name, and every one of them had they own buggy favor box filled with candies. The winner of this bottle game is the player to empty her baby bottle first. I also had everyone give me a picture of them when they were babies and pinned them on a board. Everyone then had to try to find a match of a baby photo to the adult person. Whichever guest had the most matches won the game. I ordered all the prizes when I ordered my party supplies and accessories. There were adorable little candles, fragrant scented soaps and adorable picture frames as prizes.

I started shopping for my themed accessories and supplies as soon as we were sure we were having a beach wedding. The first thing to get was the invitations for our beach themed wedding. Since I had a couple of invitations I had to do over again, I was really glad I bought extra. With the invitations all done and on their way to our prospective guests, I could move on to picking out the beach wedding dress I wanted for our ceremony. I looked at several dresses and radiant full length gowns, but really couldn’t make up my mind. I was unsure about the two full length wedding gowns I found, I didn’t want to be uncomfortable at my beach wedding. So, even though I loved the gowns, I chose a lightweight knee length beaded satin dress with a gorgeous lace covering and spaghetti straps.

The bridesmaids wore lovely little linen halter beach dresses with a crocheted bodice covering. All the groomsmen wore linen white shirts and sand colored pants and my husband, to be looked so handsome in his blue linen shirt and white pants. Our flower girl wore an adorable little sundress and the ringboy stayed very fresh in his little khaki shorts and white cotton shirt. Everyone in the wedding party looked fantastic and the bouquets were absolutely the most beautiful arrangements I could have found.

I wish now,with all the photos of our wedding being taken, that I would have bought two leather wedding albums, instead of only one. I planned to have pictures of all the fantastic decorations at our wedding and reception and photos of every guest that attended. Pictures of our satin canopy and flowered arch where we stood to take our vows was a definite must. When the ceremony was over, my new husband and I went to our hotel room to change into some more comfortable beach outfits. In fact a few of the bridesmaids and groomsmen also left to change, while others just wore swim suits under their wedding attire. I wrote on all the invitations to dress in casual clothing for this wedding.

Our guests seemed impressed with the wedding accessories for our reception tables that were done in a beach themed décor. I bought everything for our tables at the same place I bought our lovely beach themed wedding album. The place card holders I chose were these miniature beach chairs that can later be used as photo frames. The guests seemed to like them, and I thought they were just adorable. The beach wedding favors I chose for our guests made the perfect little thank you gifts. I chose adorable tea lights that looked just like sand castles to remind them of our beach party. A lot of our friends and family made comments about out lovely reception décor. Adding to the oceanside atmosphere were lots of gel candles I bought from them to put on our reception tables, and a few tiki torches were placed around the area. I think Valentine’s day is the best day for a wedding. My fiance and I both agreed on that day, we would get married. After we picked the church and the place for our reception, I began shopping for what we called the ‘in love wedding favor.’ I had no objection finding the perfect invitations for our wedding and reception. They were such pretty invitations with little silver hearts linked together on the front. I messed up the writing on a couple of them, I’m so glad my mom suggested I buy extra just in case.

With the wedding invitations out of the way, I knew it was time to start on the wedding and reception supplies. I asked my mom to come along on my venture to the bridal shop for my dress and shoes. When she finally stopped tearing up after I tried on a few dresses, she was very helpful. After hitting every shop in town and verifying the many styles that were available, I found the perfect wedding dress for me. All the guys in the wedding party and the handsome groom found their tuxes on their very first try. I was praying that he wouldn’t give the appearance of a pall bearer standing at the altar, because he picked the first suit he tried on. But I was wrong, he did good, and he looked extremely handsome.

After I took care of everything the wedding party needed, it was time to consider ceremony decorations. I had red roses arranged around the altar and throughout the room, with ribbon and red velvet bows hung on every pew. I bought a gorgeous unity candle with a love theme and surrounded it with lots of other beautiful candles. I was given permission for the flower girl to toss the red and pink flower petals on the aisle. Most churches won’t allow that anymore, but ours was pretty nice about it. Everything went off without a hitch and the decorations were as perfect as our wedding ceremony.

Even though I did quite a bit of shopping for our wedding ceremony, there was even more to do for our reception. Our supplies for the reception started with love theme decorations with a love theme and ended with love themed favors. There were bouquets of red roses placed everywhere and little red hearts hung from above. In front of the band was red and white balloons in the shape of a large heart, right on the dance floor.

Our tables were so beautiful with all the lovely centerpieces of flowers and a little cupid in each one. The little white pearls on the place card holders really added to the love décor of the tables. There were some fantastic favors boxes to choose from for the love favors we bought for our friends and family. Some guests were commenting on how lovely the tables were with all the flowers and the lovely favor boxes. Our bridal wedding table was really exquisite too. Along with our love themed cake serving set were beautiful crystal heart champagne flutes, perfect for the bride and grooms toasting. But the most beautiful thing on our table was our lovely three tiered wedding cake. For the crowning glory of our cake I chose a love birds cake topper. Everything on the wedding table was perfect, starting with our sparkling crystal all the way to the three tiered wedding cake.

I got to the thank you notes for our guests as soon as we got back from our fabulous honeymoon. Many of the guests sent us thank you’s for the great time they had at the wedding and reception and for the love party favors gifts they received. That was such a thoughtful thing to do.

There is so much to gather up for your wedding and reception. If you have your location and date for the wedding, then it’s time to get the invitations in the mail. There was also some pretty unique ideas for wedding favors that represented our beach wedding. I narrowed it down to the picture frames or the lovely beach theme tea lights. Since, I obviously couldn’t have both, I went with the tea lights. They were just too beautiful to pass up. They were so nice I ordered a couple extra for myself. I even found a lot of accessories for wedding table decorations. Particularly the ring pillows and flower girl baskets I found for a beach wedding. I even got my veil and tiara from there. As expensive as weddings are, every little savings can help a lot.

What’s nice too, is the fact that you can find accessories for almost any theme you can think of. I was very impressed with the seasonal themed accessories. The winter wonderland accessories were my favorite, and that’s what I would have decided on if we were marrying in the winter. There were such beautiful winter wonderland accessories to work with. But since we were getting married in July, I went with my favorite summer theme, the beach. I have to admit, it was pretty awesome. We all had a great time and our guests commented on what a wonderful reception and wedding accessories we had. I got a lot of comments about our wedding cake topper Our bride and groom on the beach cake topper was really cute.

They also had something nice to say about our beach themed champagne glasses. From the cake server set to the centerpieces on all the tables, everything looked fantastic. I also was able to find some very beautiful favor boxes, perfect for an ocean side reception. I was totally surprised that I was able to find so many choices of beach themed accessories and reception supplies by going online. I really liked the reasonable prices. I was really surprised that I found all the items I did while browsing the internet and how easy and convenient it was. They also had accessories and decorations for baby showers as well and it sure would have helped me out if I would have known about it before I gave my friend her baby shower.

I knew I’d have plenty of pictures of the wedding and reception, so I purchased two of their beautiful albums. Special keepsake compartment, scrapbooking pages and windows for photos, these albums had it all. There is everything under the sun for a beautiful wedding and a super reception.

There were so many lovely comments about our wedding decoration and how nice our reception was. Everyone seemed to have a great time and did lots of dancing. I felt a little sad when it was time for us to leave the reception. But the honeymoon awaited. I was really excited about this trip, not just because it was our honeymoon, but I’ve never been to any place like this before. This is the beginning to a whole new life.

It took me a while before I could decide on a theme for our ceremony and reception party. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a beach wedding, a garden wedding or a country western wedding. Then I thought maybe I should just stick with the traditional type of ceremony and reception. Then I found out about destination weddings and that one got me thinking. How great would it be to have a ceremony and reception in Las Vegas, or maybe take it all the way to Hawaii? The islands of Hawaii would definitely be my first choice. But I had to give that plan up, too many people wouldn’t be able to travel that far.
But there were a lot of other ideas to work with, including a winter wonderland wedding. But since we were getting married in the summer months, I didn’t think I should match a snow scene. I wanted a wedding fit for a king and queen, and what better way to do that then with a storybook wedding. There were plenty of fairy tale accessories and ideas to work with for the perfect story book wedding. The bakery even had wedding cakes that worked out with my idea. So my decision was made. We can declare a royal wedding.
I went online and found fairy tale invitations that I could send out. Next I started checking out all the wedding accessories and reception supplies I would need. My wedding dress was absolutely ravishing and the bridesmaids and flower girl had beautiful dresses that were floor length. All of the groomsmen and the ring boy looked so handsome in their tuxes, but the best looking one of all, was my regal prince. I could feel all eyes on me as I walked down the aisle, and half way expected them to bow to their new queen. Everything about our ceremony was exquisite. The flowers, the candles, and the gorgeous satin bows on the end of the pews really set the whole thing off. After the ceremony everyone started shouting and throwing red and white rose petals our way. Outside we climbed into a gorgeous horse drawn carriage to take us to the reception hall.
Our reception was a total success, with all the storybook accessories, it looked like the inside of a castle. I was able to find all the accessories I needed for this special themed wedding and some very lovely wedding favors for our friends and family. I had every wedding favor done up in storybook themed favor boxes. I was amazed at all of the themed accessories there were for our fairy tale reception. I bought little coaches that made perfect place card holders, and exquisite champagne flutes with a storybook design. They just have everything I could possibly need for the perfect fairy tale wedding and reception.
Our guests all had a wonderful time and were very impressed with all the lovely storybook décor. One of my guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony she’d ever been too. I know I was impressed and it was my wedding. A fairy tale wedding was a great idea, and it really helped to be able to have such fantastic accessories to choose from. I wanted today to be as special for our guests as it was for me and my new husband. Everything from our wedding cake topper to the wedding gifts for our friends and family went with our storybook theme. I wanted to give our guests more than just favors, that’s why I chose gifts that could also be used as souvenirs. Something that could hold the memory of today for them as well as for us.
After the honeymoon was over, there was the job of filling out thank you notes for all of our guests. Would you believe I even found fairytale thank you notes for everyone? Maybe on our 20th anniversary we can do this again.
